Alinvest SpA bought this building, which became the first prestigious company headquarters of Liuni SpA, in the early 1970s. It was remodeled several times over the years and gradually acquired its modern, elegant appearance. The first substantial renovation project took place in 1986 when Liuni SpA moved to the building on Via Stephenson 43, now Via Gentile 13.
The most important operation of this project was the elimination of the warehouse and the creation of a mezzanine floor for office use and a garage.
A second important renovation project took place in 1992 and involved the exterior to which a ventilated terracotta brick facade was applied to improve aesthetics and optimize the energy efficiency of the building.
The building acquired new character in 2016 after the lobby was enlarged and glass and steel railings were installed on the main staircase.
The building acquired new character in 2018 with an important and precious restyling in order to receive Chili Spa.
