The approximately 3.000 sq. m. multipurpose complex known as "Terranova," located at Via Sumatra 12 and currently leased to Lombarda Motori, enjoys high visibility due to its location in the Stephenson area, close to the highway junction towards Viale Certosa.
The property boasts a strong recognizability and architectural identity, thanks to the careful restoration by Architect Riccardo Torrini in 2013 of its historic industrial appearance as the former "Intonaci Terranova" factory, built in 1936 to a design by Architect Rino Ferrini with the Castiglioni company.
The building's structural characteristics and internal heights create an ideal space for car or motorcycle dealerships, outlets, offices, and businesses with showrooms. The property features three buildings with different architectural features. The three buildings surround a large internal courtyard with parking.
The main building was designed by Architect Riccardo Torrini. Riccardo Torrini with the insertion of floor-to-ceiling windows on the two main facades, divided by aluminum beams and columns, in order to obtain splendid daylight in synergy with the two large skylights placed on the roof.
