In the year 2024, Alinvest concludes a major renovation of an industrial building with a strong architectural identity located at 86 G. Stephenson Street.

The renovation of the complex of approximately 4,000 covered m2 with ample parking and green areas, now happily located in Tomasi Auto, was conceived in order to create a flexible multifunctional space, with a free plan, suitable for hosting various activities: from offices in open space to car and motorbike dealerships, outlets or activities with showrooms and laboratories.

The architectural volume is characterized by regular and linear geometric shapes, where, on the ground floor, two internal patios have been created, intended as gardens.

The outer shell of the building consists of a continuous glazed facade at the front and large windows at the sides that allow further permeability of the building to light. The whole, between the zenithal lighting with the “Shed” type roofing typical of industrial architecture, that with the continuous glass façade, that of the patios and that of the large side windows, makes the property a small “casket of light”.

The first floor offers a further rectangular space symmetrically punctuated by two stairwells with relative lift. The view is characterized by external sun shielding made of expanded metal integrated into the facade architecture.
