New multifunctional complex with a strong architectural identity, in via G. Stephenson 86, for a total of 3,950 covered square meters, with ample parking and green areas. The particular morphology of the building, of an industrial nature, is currently undergoing a major renovation in order to create a flexible space, with a free plan, suitable for hosting various activities, from car and motorcycle dealerships, to outlets or businesses. with Showrooms and Laboratories, for example in fashion or fine craftsmanship etc. Possibility also of a conversion of the spaces for tertiary-office use with large Open-Spaces.  The architectural volume will be characterized by regular and linear geometric shapes, with a large Open-Space space of about 3,380 square meters on the ground floor, where two internal patios will be created, intended as a garden.

The interior space will be widely illuminated by a zenith light thanks to the “Shed” type roof typical of industrial architecture, which characterizes the entire ground floor.  The internal patios, the zenithal light and the views of the greenery, will constitute the founding elements to get to obtain comfortable spaces. The external envelope of the building will be almost totally replaced by continuous glass facades that will allow further permeability of the building to light. The combination, between the lighting from the continuous façade and the zenithal one, will make the building a small “casket of light”.

The first floor, with a vocation for the tertiary sector, will offer an additional rectangular space of approximately 570 square meters, symmetrically marked by two staircases with relative elevators. The view will be characterized by sunshades inserted in the architecture of the facade. The lot will also be characterized by the outdoor areas, created with great attention to the "Green" soul of the building. The following are planned: a garden on the main front with the function of "Promenade" and other green areas near the entrance on Via Val Formazza intended for relaxation and refreshment areas (covered bar service, seats, etc.).
